By completing the online booking, exhibitors and delegates acknowledge adherence to the WDRS 2027 admission policy:
- •Refund Policy: Cancellations 90+ days prior qualify for a 50% partial refund. Cancellations within 90 days are strictly 100% non-refundable.
- •Pass Rollovers: In case of scheduling changes or venue re-locations due to force majeure, all paid fees, booth coordinates, and entry tickets automatically roll over to the new dates.
